MAIN FEATURES
The T7E Lathes have the same basic features and standard equipment as the T7 series with exactly the same turning system with two hydraulic copiers, but with the following substantial differences:
• S a ddle advance, using lead screw with precision recirculating balls for max. accuracy.
• Automatic work cycle acquisition with electronic control c apable of storing upto 5 different cycles.
• Infinitively variable, prog r amma ble saddle feed speed.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
• Revolving steady for max. 65x65 mm square with reducing bush.
• Revolving steady for max. 100x100 mm square with reducing bush and pre-cutting tool that has interchangeable knife inserts.
• Drawing tool support.
• Pre-cut tool for rounding 20x20x100 mm.
• Drive centre with interchangeable jaws Ø 26 and 45 mm.
• Revolving tailstock centre with 12 mm Ø.
• 2 Tantung gouges, radius 0,6 and 3,5 mm.
• 2 Vertical mechanical saddles complete with tools for dowel pins (1 right - 1 left).
• 1 Dust extraction collector Ø 100 mm.

• Self-centring steady with 4 jaws for square workpiece min. 30x30 max. 60x60 mm.
• Self-centring steady with 4 jaws for square workpiece min. 60x60 max. 90x90 mm.
• Revolving steady for curved workpieces.
• Device for a second automatic pass of roughing gouge too.
• Hydraulically controlled vertical saddles.

• AG125 gouge grinder.
